As a Junior Technician in the Electronics Production department, you will play a vital role in enabling the assembly, testing and integration of electronic components for autonomous robots.
Under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers, your work will directly contribute to the successful production and deployment of these cutting-edge machines.
Assembly and Integration:
Collaborate with technicians and engineers to assist on the preparation and assembly of electronic components, harnesses, PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), sensors, motors, and actuators.
Perform routine maintenance on electronic systems to keep operational efficiencyQuality Control and Testing:
Conduct thorough quality checks during various production stages. Test electronic components and assemblies for functionality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
Soldering and Wiring:
Perform precise soldering of components, connectors and PCBs. Wire harnesses and connectors, ensuring proper connectivity and insulation.
Maintain detailed records of production activities, including serial numbers, batch codes, and assembly steps. Ensure traceability of components and sub-assemblies throughout the production process.
Collaboration with Production and
Engineering Teams:
Continuously seek ways to improve production processes, enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize errors.
Basic knowledge of electronics assembly, circuitry, and troubleshooting.
