Description

Exciting opportunity to join a new production site within an established company. This Role requires you to be able to carry out duties under pressure in a physically demanding environment.

Experience in a similar role is essential, as you will be takingcharge of production lines together with weekly, monthly and annual production schedules.

DUTIES
Finding ways to increase productivity across all product lines
Monitoring factory equipment and taking responsibility of servicing them in a timely manner
Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control
Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the factory itself
Implementing all the company's procedures and policies
Training and coaching Factory Operators and Sorters
Implementing safety, health, environment and quality requirements
Prioritising workload according to management and sales priorities
Marking sure production targets are achieved
