    Job Description

    CourtCorrect is looking to hire a Systems Integrations Specialist to assist in connecting various commonly-used customer service platforms (ZenDesk, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, etc.) with our AI platform.

    Successful candidates will have:

    • previous experience integrating different software systems, including data mapping, real-time data synchronisation, building webhooks and workflows via API to push and pull data,
    • ideally, direct experience in connecting ZenDesk, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce, Snowflake and similar platforms with external systems,
    • a strong foundation in cybersecurity, ensuring any code, systems or third-party packages deployed are safe, reliable and meet best practices,
    • the ability to take initiative and manage a project end-to-end, with clear communication and documentation provided to other developers, clients and management,
    • ideally, direct experience with Python backends as well as deployment on AWS and OVHCloud
    • a desire to contribute to a project that has a positive impact on society.
