Seven Asset are seeking to appoint a Night Shift Customer Care Operative to join our busy Operations team.

Skills & Personal Attributes Required

  • High levels of attention to detail

Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • To deal with vehicle breakdowns and customer enquiries while ensuring that vehicle downtime is kept to a minimum
  • Answer all incoming calls and ensure all inbound enquiries are redirected to the correct departments
  • Update and manage the live internal VOR (Vehicle off road) and roadside breakdown boards
  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of preferred suppliers and update all customer and supplier details on a regular basis
  • Keep the relevant technical fleet engineer and line manager fully informed of all customer and supplier issues as soon as possible.
  • Maintain a list of outstanding supplier invoices and continually chase suppliers to ensure they are kept to a minimum
  • Competently check the vehicles current status and historical repairs for repeated mechanical issues
  • Understand the authorisation escalation process
  • Inform all clients of recharge items as soon as possible & upload requested photos
  • Process proforma invoices
  • Chase outstanding service & inspection paperwork
  • Input vehicle mileage data

Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
