- Accounting qualifications preferable
- Weekly reports and management accounts for one entity
- Cover for other group company weekly reporting requirements where needed
- Quarterly management accounts prepared or overseen with the Group FM and Group Managing Director
- Preparation and input in to annual budgets
- VAT reconciliations and returns for group Companies
- Analytical reports prepared for Group FM and Group MD, which in turn will be provided to the Senior Board
- Assistance with strategic decisions where input is required
- Management of the year end audit process, liaising with our auditors and reporting to the Group FM on the status of the audit
- Overseeing day-to-day banking requirements and payment processing
- Cashflow forecasting for the group and cashflow scenario reporting
- Update and maintain KPI
- Ad-hoc analysis where required by management
- Cover for financial monthly, year end and tax year end requirements
- Overseeing vehicle finance requirements and cover for day-to-day processes if needed
- From time to time, you may be required to assist the Group FM or Group MD, or carry out other financial duties as required in the group of Companies.

Management accountant providing weekly and quarterly management accounts for entities within the group. Detailed analysis of financial reports to be prepared and provided to Group FM and Group MD. Assistance to the Group FM and Group MD on cashflow, financial and strategic projects across all group companies.
