BAM FM are recruiting a Helpdesk Operator/ Scheduler to join the Northwest region and based out of our Salford Office.

Working Hours are 36.25 per week. 08.00am - 4.15pm or 8.45am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.


Your mission

  • Updating our CAFM & client operating system, ensuring all specific work orders are actioned.
  • Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks.
  • Proactively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.
  • Arranging contractor service visits, coordinating with our clients.
  • Producing client site log books and all other associated activity.
  • Supporting other members on the help desk team as and when required.

Who are we looking for?

  • Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Experience within a customer service based environment.
