Position:
HR Coordinator


Location:
Head Office, Witney - hybrid model between office and home working


Hours:20 hours per week, working pattern to be agreed


Salary:
£13,979.74 to £15,656.68 per annum, inclusive of our geographical allowance

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delivering prompt and efficient resolution to HR queries in line with policies and best practice
  • Accurately and efficiently processing employee lifecycle changes through the HR Information system in a timely manner for payroll
  • Communicating with stakeholders and employees across the organisation
Work in partnership with HR Advisors to support with the delivery of employee relations and recruitment requirements

  • You will have an awareness of employment legislation, HR policies and best practice
  • You will be a confident communicator who can give credible and reliable advice
  • You will have great attention to detail
  • You will have a solution driven mindset, striving to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
