    We are looking for a teacher who has extremely high expectations of both behaviour and children's achievement.

    They should be enthusiastic and hard working as well as being a good team player and willing to learn 'The St Gregory's Way' which is trauma informed and based on a restorative approach to working as a team and helping children learn.

    Having fun in the classroom is really important to us and we believe that our children learn well when they are challenged, supported, nurtured and enjoy themselves We are committed to the education of the whole child and are looking for someone who understands and respects the needs of our children, as well as valuing the special ethos of our School.

    • Demonstrate excellent teaching skills across the curriculum
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire, motivate and support colleagues, children and parents
    • Work with fellow professionals to achieve the very best outcomes for children with additional needs and those who are vulnerable for a range of reasons
    • Be fully supportive of the ethos of our Catholic school even if they are not themselves a practising Catholic
    • Be keen to take on additional responsibilities and involve themselves in the wider life of the school.
