- with the NPI team to provide automation support to support trials for NPI and EC.
- for ensuring that all NPI and EC is production ready and fully optimised, using automation where possible.
- for developing setting sheets for all new NPI and EC where required to ensure all production processes are fully optimised to reduce cycle times and to minimise scrap.
- for ensuring that all jobs have suitable jigs and fixtures to increase efficiencies and reduce cycle times for processes, improving those that are currently in use and refining processes to increase efficiencies.
- for managing Process Modification Register (QMSR195) ensuring that issues with processes are investigated and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- and maintain process engineering area, ensuring that all automation equipment is catalogued and easy to allocate and access to jobs using WinMan.
- of a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar field
- experience in automation engineering, specifically within plastic injection moulding or similar manufacturing environments.

- understanding of part manipulation through bowl feeder technology

- understanding of computer programming and software development
- experience of using logic control to optimise processes.
