    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the sourcing process from business requirement to contract signature for high-value opportunities
    • Implement Integrated Category Strategies to achieve maximum savings and benefits
    • Utilize the Sourcing Framework for strategic opportunities within specific spend ranges
    • Negotiate savings opportunities and benefits with stakeholders and finance teams
    • Drive sourcing specific ideas and innovation-based solutions
    • Transition sourcing execution to Strategic Supplier Management seamlessly
    • Challenge common sourcing requirements to maximize commercial value
    • Manage continuous improvement activities and customer satisfaction surveys
    • Develop external market sourcing practices to enable best-in-class capability

    Requirements

    • Educational background in Business, Economics, or equivalent experience
    • Proven track record in sourcing and delivering savings
    • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
    • Knowledge of contract law and financial management
    • Experience in driving value from complex sourcing opportunities
    • Skills in cross-functional collaborative working methods
    • Political savvy with direct and indirect influencing strategies
    • Problem-solving skills for complex sourcing challenges
    • Detail-oriented with a mindset to see tasks through completion
