- Collaborate with the payroll team to process 4-weekly payroll cycles
- Assist in developing and implementing payroll processes for hourly and salaried employees
- Verify key payroll activities for accuracy and compliance (e.g. new hires, promotions, and exits)
- Prepare and input data into the payroll system
- Generate payroll reports
- Address payroll queries with excellent customer service
- Provide guidance on Payroll processes and legislative requirements for business projects
- Communicate effectively to resolve store inquiries regarding payslips
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR policies
- Strong Excel skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work within strict deadlines
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to take on other office duties as needed
