Description

I am looking for an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager lead a fabulous purpose-built luxury nursing home.

The service is home to 66 residents who have dementia and nursing needs and is the embodiment of elegance and luxury living, combining superb facilities, designed with resident wellbeing in mind, with a convenient location on the edge of Holt, Norfolk.

Manage the home to ensure it is delivering high-quality care

Ensure that the care needs of residents are paramount
Create strong links with the local community
Actively participate in the growth and development of the Care Service

Extensive experience of managing a nursing home

NMC Registration as a Nurse (preferred)
A good working knowledge, with a proven record, of CQC standards and the passion to work towards achieving Outstanding
A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful care home.
An enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care
Fantastic support from the senior management of the company including marketing, recruitment, finance and HR
Annual performance related bonus
