About our Team
Located in Nottingham and part of Business, Assets and International – Assets, Residence & Valuation (AR&V), Shares and Assets Valuation's (SAV) division specializes in providing expert valuations on various assets, including chattels, livestock, shares, and intellectual property for HMRC compliance.
Involved in delivering specialized valuation expertise to HMRC stakeholders and effectively negotiating with customers and their valuation experts.
Role Description
Your role within SAV involves valuing goodwill, software, licenses, and intellectual property like trademarks, patents, and technical know-how.
With your skills and drive to enhance your valuation knowledge, we offer full support and a training plan.
Most valuations will involve multinational enterprises and international tax considerations like transfer pricing and fair value accounting.
You will engage with customers verbally and in writing on valuation and tax matters, showcasing your expertise.
Providing leadership on valuation aspects and managing stakeholders, internal and external, effectively.
SAV requires expert Valuers in valuation methodology and negotiation skills.
The role is within RICS, and we will assist in your membership and full RICS recognition.
