    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and visionary B2B SaaS Enterprise Architect to lead and oversee the overall IT architecture, encompassing systems, applications, data and infrastructure.

    The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in navigating complex enterprise landscapes, overseeing architectural consolidations, and strategically placing functions to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.

    As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our software infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and positions us for continued success.


    Architectural Transformation:
    Lead the transformation of existing single-tenant, monolithic systems into a modern, scalable, and modular microservices architecture.

    Microservices Design and Implementation:
    Oversee the implementation of microservices, ensuring adherence to best practices and established architectural patterns.

    Collaborate with stakeholders, including development teams, product managers, and IT operations, to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

    Assess and plan for the scalability and capacity of IT systems to accommodate future growth.

    Work closely with the security and compliance teams to ensure that the architecture meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    Develop and maintain architectural assets that support decision making.
    In-depth knowledge of microservices design patterns, best practices, and implementation.
    Persuasive influencer capable of establishing meaningful relationships and being attuned to the pulse of ongoing projects
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    ~Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale architectural transformations.
