Software Development Team Lead (PHP/Python/Golang/Kubernetes)

Salary ranging from £70,000-£80,000 / Gloucester / Permanent / Hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Developer/ Technical lead to develop their managerial skills or a current development manager looking for their next step on their leadership development career.

As the Paas development leader you'll be responsible for overseeingtwo senior developers while working closely with the engineering Team with a heavy focus on developing multi-tenanted platform services that enables software use cases based around Cloud native infrastructure and Kubernetes.

What's required from you? ??
Extensive experience within a number of scripting languages such as PHP, Python and Golang with demonstrative experience across all stacks
Showcase a strong technical leadership and people management skills
Familiarisation with Paas Products such as Heroku
A solid understanding of DevOps
Understanding of Cloud Native software practices such as Microservices, Kubernetes with the inclusion of developing Kubernetes operators
Passed experience within Web Hosting, Cloud or Saas Business
Experience in CI/CD
Excellent communicator with an innate ability to present and negotiate
