circa £26,300
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor who is committed to providing excellent and tailored customer service to our residents and service users.
You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries into the organisation and will manage as much as possible at first point of contact whilst providing and maintaining a high level of customer service.
The ability to multitask and utilise multiple channels of communication at once is essential.
As part of the Customer Service Advisor role, you will also manage the reception area, carrying out reception duties, including welcoming and logging residents, service users and visitors to ISHA.

6 month fixed term position with the view to extend.
