    Do you have Recruitment Consultant experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity? Jonathan Lee Recruitment Limited is seeking two full-time Recruitment Consultants, to work from one of their 4 UK locations in Stourbridge, Warwick , Essex and Shropshire and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

    As a Recruitment Consultant, you will source appropriate candidates for vacant job positions that client companies and businesses need filling.

    We encourage an entrepreneurial approach and have the latest recruitment technology and systems available to support your success in the role.

    As part of your role as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:

    Manage the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process
    Utilise various sources from the in-house database, social media, and advertising
