    Employment type – Full time

    Antidote provides wellness services to residents of London's most exclusive developments, and we are looking for a superstar Assistant General Manager to join the team.

    It's the perfect early-stage management role for ambitious fitness professionals who want to learn and ultimately grow into a future General Manager.

    Delivering Personal Training and Group Classes.
    # Supporting the promotion and delivery of wellness events.
    # Working closely with the wider estate management to help generate a wellbeing culture across the community.
    # Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
    # An operational focus, to safely and effectively manage a facility.
    # A competitive salary, increased OTE with the delivery of Personal Training. We pride ourselves on offering a highly individualised wellness experience to our residents, and the delivery of Personal training is at the core. A pension contribution once you've passed your three month probationary period.
    #28 days paid annual leave (pro rated for part time staff)

    You will get your basic salary plus income from any PT you deliver on top of your normal work hours.

    For us, this means you've got a Level 3 Personal Training certificate and hopefully you have further interests which you have professionally explored by getting qualified e.g.

    nutrition, yoga, Pilates.
