- Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations on site, conducting regular inspections, risk assessments, and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect electrical installations and refurbishments to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any on-site issues or concerns.
- Identify and resolve any on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays and ensure smooth project execution.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or in a similar role within the commercial sector.
- Extensive background in managing electrical refurbishment and installation projects in commercial and healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
