Teaching Assistant for 1:1 Support
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on a student's educational journey? Do you possess the patience and resilience needed to support a student with complex behavior? If so, Tradewind Recruitment invites you to apply for the position of Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a year 7 student.

Full-time, 08:30 to 15:30 (term time only)
Start Date:
April 16th, 2024 Duration: Until the end of the academic year Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a year 7 student, assisting with their educational and behavioural needs.
Foster a strong and positive relationship with the student, utilising patience and a robust approach.
Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCO to implement strategies tailored to the student's requirements.
Encourage engagement in learning activities and assist with academic tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate records of progress and behaviour, communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
Previous experience working with pupils with complex behaviour is desirable.
A patient and resilient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle due to limited public transportation links
Location Accessibility:
For drivers, the school is commutable from Louth, Brigg, and Grimsby.
