The role does require some travel, both within the UK and US. We provide our staff with specialist training supplied in-house and through our international defence partnerships.How youll support usJoin a well-established team of subject matter experts.
Provide specialist insight on the design, operation and/or maintenance of the SWS.Analyse weapon system performance, communicating outputs to various stakeholders.
Innovate and develop techniques to identify SWS equipment failures. Determine system reliability and performance trends through studies and projects.The invaluable experience youll bring, to help us achieve moreMinimum 5 years experience of SWS engineering (design, operations or maintenance).Experience of working with data, in an established team environment, to understand how it can help an organisation make better decisions.
A natural curiosity, methodical and prodigious at solving problems with high-quality solutions.High standards of written, verbal and presentational communication skills.
Confident working individually or leading a small team on an analysis task.
