Job description:
To provide effective HR Administration to the Regiment in the following areas:
- Maintain electronic records using military IT systems, providing a first point of contact for military staff on matters relating to pay, allowances, leave and travel.
- Provide advice and process documentation relating to arrivals and discharges.
- Maintain up to date HR documentation in accordance with relevant policies and processes and in line with Data Protection regulations.
- Provide advice and guidance on resettlement, security and vetting procedures.
Management of unit assignment orders in line with policy and processes and provide administrative and clerical support to Regiment as directed by the RAO.
