    We're searching for a dedicated and reliable Administrator to become part of our Volunteer Support team.

    Volunteering and Community Networks Administrator
    Hours: Full-time (35 hours a week)
    Contract: Fixed term for 9 months
    Location: Situated in London office with the option for remote work
    Salary: £26,587 - £28,090 per year along with fantastic benefits
    Salary Band: Band C3

    About this role

    In this position, you will offer administrative assistance to the Volunteering and Community Networks Department as well as the Head of Volunteering and Community Networks.

    You should be proactive and highly driven. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to organize and oversee a busy workload to support various tasks.

    You will play a key role in departmental operations by managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling invoice processing for the department.

    As a member of the Volunteer Support Admin Team, you will provide top-notch support to our Community Networks volunteers located across the UK.

    You will ensure prompt resolution of all volunteer inquiries, align information provided to volunteers with our organizational standards, document relevant information, and complete necessary follow-up actions.

    Your insights will be instrumental in advising our broader Community Networks team on volunteer priorities and concerns.
