    Our ' Ways to Work ' Programme can help you to find work We are seeking a compassionate,reliable and dedicated individual to serve as a personal care assistant for a22-year-old woman with disabilities, including FND, fibromyalgia, chronicfatigue and a wheelchair user.

    This role involves providingpersonalised support and assistance to help enhance her quality of life andpromote her independence. The aim is to help the client doeverything she would do herself if she weren't disabled. This includes variousthings such as practical support, help with admin and studies, going outside,and helping with her dog.

    We're not massively fixated on qualifications but would rather that theapplicant is enthusiastic at work, is flexible as her needs change and ishappy to learn, prioritises privacy and confidentiality and has a joyfuland energetic presence.

    A driving licenceand access to a car with business insurance are required.
