    Job Title – Listed Derivatives (F&O) & OTC Derivatives Operations Analyst – Hedge Fund (12 mths Fixed Term Contract)
    Working Model – In Office (4:1 Days Model) 4 Days in the Office and 1 Day WFH
    Compensation - £45,000 to £65,000 (GBP) base salary + benefits

    A multi asset hedge fund in London is looking to hire a Hedge Fund Operations Associate to support its Listed Derivatives (F&O) & OTC Derivatives Trading Operations team in London on a 12 mths Fixed Term Contract.

    This is a unique opportunity for Listed Derivatives (F&O) & OTC Derivatives Trading Operation Analyst to support a fund that is undertaking a major migration and therefore looking to hire on a 12 mths Fixed Term Contract till April/May 2025.

    The project is due to last for up to till 2025, and the business is looking to augment support to the front office by hiring an Listed Derivatives / F&O Operations & OTC Derivatives Analyst on a 12 mths Fixed Term Contract in London.

    The business has seen double digit growth over the last few years, and on for another profitable year and openly expanding its assets under management and investment strategies.


    • The role will be diverse in nature, covering Listed Derivatives & OTC Derivatives Middle Office Trade Operations, trade affirmations, trade enrichment (reconciliations / settlements) and trade life cycle management (trade journals / – expires, options, coupons, corporate actions, and position reporting for brokerage operations).
    • The business is genuinely focused on cross training and supporting Trade Operations Analyst with expertise in one or more assets classes, across Listed Derivatives (Futures and Options) & OTC Derivatives.

    Due to the high performing nature of this fund, the business is looking for Operations / Middle Office Analyst to move into the buy side.

    Prerequisite Requirements - Hedge Fund Middle Office Analyst – (Trading Operations)

    • 1-8 years within Listed Derivatives / Futures and Options & OTC Derivatives a fast paced Middle Office Trading Operations, working for Hedge Fund, Tier 1 Investment Bank, or top tier Investment Manager or High Frequency Trading Firm.
    • Systems Coverage across F&O and OTC Platforms, Advanced Excel will be highly advantageous.
    • Prior proven experience and examples do projects and process improvements that you have led, to drive operational excellence, efficiencies, generate cost savings and improve accuracy.
    • Compensation package - £45,000 to £65,000 base salary + benefits (12 mths Fixed Term Contract)
