We're looking for a talented HR Business Partner looking to work either remotely or on-site as you wish in a business-critical role responsible for several educational establishments in Bradford & Rochdale.

As a forward-thinking education trust, the business has recognised the need to offer extensive remote working options to attract the best talent.

This role will suit someone working at business partner level or indeed a Senior HR Advisor in education or the public sector looking to partner with the business.

Working remotely, you will support & partner with the Principles and Senior Management teams of a number of schools in the Bradford and Rochdale area with a further 2 schools in Manchester.

There will be infrequent requirements for you to be onsite at alllocations and if you would prefer the office environment daily you would be welcome to base yourself at any of these locations.

You will have a solid generalist CV that is broad in exposure and supports in particular; key-stakeholder management, employee relations, ER case work, union exposure as well as performance & attendance management.

This role reports to a Senior HR Business Partner and this individual will offer as much guidance as required to ensure you are supported in your new role whilst giving you the freedom to deliver on your remit.

You will be remunerated up to £41k for thisamazing work-from-home opportunity.
