- Set up power presses according to production schedules and engineering drawings.
- Load materials into the press and align them correctly for processing.
- Monitor machine operation to detect any malfunctions or defects in the finished product.
- Perform routine maintenance on power presses to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Working with 20t to 160t Chin Fong and similar presses.
- Previous experience as a Power Press Setter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- ROSPA or similar safety certificate
