- Create 2D hoist and temporary works designs following British and European standards and UK construction regulations
- Perform calculations using spreadsheets
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop innovative solutions for clients
- Conduct site surveys, gather necessary information, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Have a good understanding of hoist erection, functionality across various industries, and focus on enhancing service quality and standards
- Adhering to company policies, particularly focusing on Design and HSEQ guidelines
- Complying with, maintaining, and recommending enhancements for company systems and processes
