About the Position:
Churchill Estates Management is in search of an outstanding Lodge Manager for our retirement community. We are looking for an individual who enjoys interacting with people, possesses a background in administration and customer service. This dynamic role involves coordinating various activities within the development, making a positive impact on the lives of our Home Owners, and ensuring a stress-free retirement lifestyle.
As the Lodge Manager, you will report to the Area Manager, overseeing property maintenance and providing exceptional service to Owners. In this independent role, you will be the reliable go-to person on-site and a friendly presence for Owners, handling interactions with customers and suppliers, managing contractors, organizing maintenance schedules, ensuring health and safety compliance, planning activities and events, and more.
This role is vital to the success and happiness of the Lodge's residents, offering immense satisfaction.
About You:
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in fields such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. A successful Lodge Manager is someone who excels in front-facing roles, prioritizes top-notch customer service, and possesses strong administration skills.
Your dedication to exceptional customer service is essential. With a focus on providing a joyful lifestyle for Owners, you should have a warm and sociable personality, along with good judgment, calmness under pressure, and the ability to work both independently and with residents. Proficiency in administration, computer literacy, and experience with Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Outlook are required.
