You will be someone who delights in delivering an exceptional service, and is experienced in managing customer accounts, building relationships, managing expectations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the main responsibility of the National Support Manager (NSM) is to provide an interface between Scania at Milton Keynes, the Dealer Network, and a nominated portfolio of National Fleet customers.
You will use your understanding of business issues, processes, and outcomes to enhance business performance. A willingness to travel is essential as you will be visiting customers and Scania colleagues at their branch locations. Key Responsibilities
