Coventry (possible home working)


Salary:
£28k - £30k + Commission + Excellent benefits


Summary:


Key responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial energy customers to include but not limited to:
  • Pricing/tendering to meet defined deadlines
  • Complex query management
  • Maintaining an understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to cross sell group products and services
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Meet customer retention and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails of customer activity
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account sales information
  • Assist with the generation of new sales to support growth objectives
  • Coordinate presales and postsales follow up activity

Skills and experience required:


  • Proven experience as a
    key account manager within the energy industry:
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Skilled in problem solving and negotiation
  • Flexible and positive attitude
