About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join the Compliance Team as an Electrical Compliance Officer.

Salary range £3640.5K
35 hours per week
Fixed term until March 31st 2025

The primary duty of the role is to be the Responsible person in the area of electrical compliance at CCHA.

You will contract manage the performance of third party contractors undertaking electrical works on behalf of CCHA, to ensure they carry out work that meets statutory and non-statutory regulations and approved codes of practice.

You will also ensure that the work undertaking is completed in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures.

You will also take on the Qualifying Supervisor role for CCHA, with an aim to supporting the future growth of our internal repair teams to deliver responsive and planned electrical works.
