- Skills & Experience:
- Extensive building structures design experience.
- Experience as a lead structural engineer on major projects.
- Broad design knowledge, using British, US, and European codes of practice.
- Proficiency in analysis software (e.g., CSC Fastrak, TEDDS, ROBOT, ETABS, SAFE) and willingness to learn new packages.
- Experience with BIM and modelling software (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper) and adaptability to new packages.
- Chartered Membership of the ICE or IStructE with the Engineering Council UK or equivalent body.
- A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
- Ability to provide pastoral care to junior team members and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
