    Investment Consultant - Leeds (Hyrbid)

    Do you want an investment consulting role supporting the delivery of expertise and advice to a range of large institutional clients? This is a hybrid working role with flexibility to work both virtually and from our Leeds office.

    As an Associate Investment Consultant you will be responsible for managing the day to day deliverables for key client relationships, predominantly defined benefit pension schemes but also endowments, charities and other institutional clients.

    Given the breadth of capability at Aon, you will be supported by a wider team of dedicated client-facing colleagues as well as expertise from our many specialist teams such as risk & modelling, investment manager research, asset allocation and more.

    Developing junior colleagues into future client service managers
    At Aon, the opportunity is much wider than just the local consulting team. You'll quickly build a network across different offices, business areas and Aon teams, working with a variety of clients.

    With a persistently developing investment backdrop, we quickly allocate teams and dedicate resource to respond to market developments, providing a vast array of opportunities for consultants to specialise and create their own role within the business.

    There is a strong focus on sharing of ideas and working as a team within the UK investment team and more broadly across Aon.

    During each week there are multiple department wide video conference calls keeping consultants up to date on latest business results, ideas from specialist teams and opportunities for colleagues to put themselves forward to support new initiatives.

    My mind was blown when I learned that at Aon we have dedicated teams of economists, risk settlement experts, a Responsible Investment team, and more.

    Working towards or qualified CFA/Actuarial
    Knowledge of investment markets and UK pension schemes (preferred);
