    Description

    My client is a global leader in cross-platform gaming and entertainment, seeks a Senior Content Director to spearhead the UK/EU content roadmap.

    This role entails full ownership of the roadmap, overseeing content and managing a team of game producers and studio capabilities.

    Working closely with the Operations Lead, the Senior Content Director ensures alignment with market demands and high creative standards. Leading the UK market game development efforts and maintaining creative excellence.
    Collaborating with the Portfolio Director to align on game roadmaps and priorities.
    Utilizing data insights to inform content decisions.
    Reporting to the VP of Game Development on roadmap updates and strategy.
    Contributing to wider content initiatives and innovation projects.
    Presenting new game concepts and ideas to the team.
    Coordinating with the marketing team to maximize content impact.
    Representing the company at industry conferences and events.

    Cultivating relationships with key stakeholdersQualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree, extensive iCasino or iGaming industry experience, expertise in content strategy, strong leadership and creative skills, analytical proficiency, regulatory knowledge, excellent communication abilities, project management expertise, adaptability, innovation, and networking capabilities.
