Main Job Purpose:

Produce new sales quotations and renewal quotations for clients as part of an account management team
Assist with sourcing and procurement of products and
To assist the account management team with managing our relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction remains high through escalations

Key Responsibilities:

Produce quotations and proposals for clients and new business opportunities as required by the account managers
Assist in generating new business and following up leads for new customers and clients generated through marketing
Updating Companies, Contacts and Opportunity records in Connectwise Manage with relevant information
Working as part of the internal commercial team you will help source and procure products and services
Maintain knowledge of Computeam's current solutions products and services.
Work cross department to provide client facing reports and responses on escalations for the account manager
Liaise with key vendors to register larger opportunities.
Participate in regular one to one meetings with managers.
Contribute to and pursue personal development plans with managers.
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
