- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or significant relevant experience.

We are currently seeking a 'Head of Conservation & Engagement' to join us on a temporary basis covering a period of maternity leave. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team. Managing multiple demands and prioritizing effectively will be essential in leading and inspiring your team in the development and delivery of the FCCT's Conservation and Engagement Plan.
Essential characteristics:
This is a full-time (36 hours per week) post with a contract term of 12-13 months depending on availability of the successful candidate and comes with a salary of £42,686 to £51,302 (FC9) FTE. Work will typically be delivered over a five-day week and may include some evening and weekend work as required.
