    As an ER Advisor in the ER Hub you will provide advice and expertise to managers and employees, covering all employee relations issues and employment legislation, across Capita (UK and ROI), and you will play a key part in our continued success.

    We work Monday to Friday, 37.AWOL, Performance, Disciplinary and Grievance
    Flexible Working

    Raising awareness of the importance of undertaking maternity, DSE, stress and other risk assessments. Excellent written and telephone communication skills
    Remote working
    23 days' holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave. We are even trialling time banking which, if continued, will mean you can have an extra 12 days off per year
