Job Profile - Executive Assistant (Full-Time based in Sheffield)Executive Assistant ("EA") providing general office duties to ensure Company processes and procedures run smoothly.
The position has been recognised due to a positive increase in business and the recent expansion in Sheffield (Head Office).
The EA will perform clerical and accounts assistance and duties will include but will not be limited to: o Dealing with correspondence.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
Updating and maintaining internal records.
Typing of correspondence and documents to include editing for accuracy.
Maintaining the internal Library and Archived Documents Schedule.
Co-ordinating and organising appointments and meetings to include reserving rooms and managing refreshments.
Knowledge
At least 3 years' previous experience in a related field is preferred.
To be able to communicate, in a confident manner across all levels, both internally within the Company and externally with Client
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 GCSE passes to include Maths and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge of the Xero Accounts software package is desirable but not essential as training will be provided

Ability to collate documents (i.e. for Appendices). Be prompt.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Salary Between Upto £20,000
