    What you'll donThe role will be conducting analysis of new technology within PowerApps, the production of new software solutions leveraging the power of the Power Platform.

    While also ensuring that existing products are kept up to date with the latest Microsoft changes.

    Participate proactively and collaboratively within an Agile team framework to ensure:nTransparency, by communicating with the wider business via demos and sprint review meetings to demonstrate the value of work completed by the teamnConsistency, by following Mercury's current development and administrative standardsnHigh-quality software solutions, by supporting QA processes such as defining and executing testsnMaintainability, through development and delivery of comprehensively documented software solutionsnEase of deployment and configuration, by designing solutions that aim to minimise disruption and effort


    Who you arenExperience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (CRM) product experience and processes along with experience in other MS Dynamics modulesnExperience implementing and customizing model driven apps with the Power PlatformnUnderstanding of Microsoft Power Automate, including standard connectors with Power Apps and other associated products.nDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills Building and configuring Power Platform forms, views, dashboards and workflowsnExperience of working in an Agile development team to deliver projects – Ideally utilising Scrum methodologies.nExperience extending the Dynamics platform using JavaScript based web resources.nUtilisation of Canvas Apps and Pages to extend the model driven application of Dynamics.

    DesirablenExperience of using Azure DevOps and/or Git source controlnAny suitable Microsoft certifications around the Power Platform or Dynamics CRMnExperience using Power Virtual AgentsnAzure Open AI
