    Job ResponsibilitiesnPreparing Documentation for Workstream Stage Gate sign offnAllocating worknAnswering queries on WorkstreamsnAssisting with the creation of business rules and process flowsnThe successful applicants will be self-motivated, able to work well as part of a team, as well as on their own initiative, and be able to adhere to strict deadlines.

    Key skills for the role

    are:
    n1.

    Using defined requirements set out within the stage gate framework, becomes the subject matter expert for assigned workstreams, leading and defining project documentation with support from technical support.n2.

    Leads on assigning tasks to technical support resource relating to the setup of pre/post production desktop data investigation, analysis and correction work packages, ensuring timely delivery as set out by Project Manager.n3.

    Leads on assigning tasks and managing performance levels with data technicians related to workstreams/work packages, in conjunction with Technical Support resource to ensure timely delivery as set out by Project Manager.n4.

    Leads on and performs data investigation and analysis of asset data, drawing valid inferences to suggest business rules.

    Seeks authorization and acceptance through presenting outputs successfully to management and SPEN asset data experts using appropriate tools and formats.n5.

    As part of the stage gate process, Prepares / formats working spreadsheets to be completed by the project Production and Quality Assurance teams.n6.

    Supports the project manager to track progress by ensuring a fit for purpose, auditable and current view is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.n7.

    Highlights risks and issues of assigned workstream to the Project Managern8. Seeks technical guidance for task delivery from Project Analyst with line management from Project Managern9. Works in line with agreed project process flows to allow timely authorization of project workstream documentationn10.

    As necessary supports Project Manager in maintaining cross-business working relationships with project stakeholders through meeting attendance and forums, specifically:nData Management TeamsnRTS Power On TeamsnAsset Management Business LeadsnProject Network Engineern11.

    Produces and delivers training documentation and group training related to the assigned workstream.n12. Supports Project Manager with the provision of information to enable delivery planning in terms of timescales and resource requirements.n13.

    Interfaces with other staff members to promote efficient work management, consistency and adherence in standards, procedures and processes to develop a culture of completion.n14.

    Ensuring the provision of adequate and timely MI reporting and production, including any additional requests from Project Manager.n15. Performs other project-related duties as required by Project Manager and Portfolio Manager.


    nTechnical Requirement:
    Extensive knowledge of ESRI, SAP, Power On and Excel
