    An Exciting Opportunity
    Join a dynamic and well-established estate agency and surveying company with multiple offices in Surrey.
    We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior/Sales Negotiator to be part of our busy teams in Leatherhead and Reigate. Your main tasks will involve bringing in new business through valuations, follow-ups, and listings, and ensuring top-notch service for our vendors.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct property valuations, follow-ups, and listings to secure new vendor instructions.
    • Provide regular updates to vendors on marketing activities and viewer feedback.
    • Collaborate with branch colleagues to maintain smooth client communication.
    • Actively seek new business opportunities through various channels.
    • Stay informed about the local property market and competitors.
    • Keep abreast of relevant legislation changes.

    • Strong sales skills with a target-oriented approach.
    • Driven to succeed as part of a team and contribute to branch growth.
    • Effective team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive and organized.
