    Contract Type: Permanent

    Working Hours: 37 hours per week | Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.00am-5.30pm

    Worker Type: Hybrid Worker

    Salary: Salary Grade D - £22,777 (Level one) rising to £23,620 per annum (Level three)

    About the Role

    As an Estate Management Assistant you will be supporting the Area Housing Managers by collating information to improve performance across housing sites as well as supporting new initiatives and ensuring fire and health and safety assessments, procedures and Patch Action plans are adhered to and delivered in an effective and timely manner.

    About You

    The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to develop and present written or verbal information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work proactively with minimum supervision
  • Understanding of the importance of working to a high level of accuracy
  • NVQ Level 2 in Housing Practice or equivalent qualification or be willing to work towards a relevant qualification
  • The ability to represent a service by developing and maintaining effective liaison and relationships with internal and external representatives and other bodies
  • Ability to demonstrate an awareness and understanding of health and safety issues
