- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide market feedback for the enhancement of existing products and the development of new offerings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience of selling within the construction/building industry.
- Demonstrable experience of selling to OEMs and distribution.
- 10+ years of successful sales leadership experience within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
