- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide leadership and guidance to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship among employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE practices into daily operations and initiatives.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop recommendations for corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Background in food manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
- Relevant qualifications in health, safety, and environmental management.
