- Overseeing, as well as managing reactive maintenance through the helpdesk.
- Working closely with the Property Manager in controlling costs for turnaround of apartments to ensure costs are being recovered from tenant's deposits, and competitive quotes are being obtained for repairs or replacements.
- Work closely with the Property Manager and Building Manager to ensure any planned maintenance is scheduled as well as carried out.
- Assist in both the negotiation and collection of rent arrears.
- Assist the Property Manager in controlling costs for turnaround of apartments to ensure that costs are recovered from tenant's deposits.
- Assist the Property Manager with any end of tenancy matters
- Provide support to the Building Manager
- Great at resolving complaints and ability to describe this in depth
- An understanding of legislation relating to the management of Residential Property Law is essential.
