    Description

    The Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.

    As FP&A Manager, the insight you bring will be critical in supporting the Executive team to make the decisions to drive growth and achieve the Group's strategic goals. You will be the key point of consolidation for financial target setting and performance reporting across the Group's brands and regions. Working with stakeholders across the business you will provide commercial support on operational and investment decisions.

    Duties:

    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
    • Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management on key performance indicators
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and drive process improvements
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
    • Conduct variance analysis to assess actual performance against budgeted targets
    • Provide recommendations for cost reduction initiatives and revenue enhancement opportunities
    • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to inform business decisions
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
    • Create and maintain financial models to be used for key business activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA
    • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis roles
    • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
    • Proficient in IT systems including Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
