- Working with assigned project managers and programmers in providing complete, fully functional integrated audio-visual systems
- Install our bespoke new systems and technology.
- Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
- Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
- Be part of the installation, testing, and commissioning of smart systems and automation solutions and resolve onsite malfunctions
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Support Smart Systems Installation Manager with documentation
- Support Smart Systems Installation Manager with customer training
- Support Smart Systems Installation Manager with site surveys and assessments when needed
- Understanding of installing and commissioning assigned projects for the Advanced Visual Systems and Television Network
- Hands-on experience in installing smart systems
- An understanding of systems integration techniques (Integration via IP protocols, Serial, ZigBee, or IR)
- Understand audio DSP units, basic IP network, HDbaseT Technology
- Understanding of safety guidelines
- Happy to travel to customer sites and occasionally come to the office when needed, e.g. pick up equipment/tools.
