    Employment Associate 2-5 years PQE I Top 100 Firm l Bristol

    The firm:

    This Top 100 firm has strong and tangible roots across the breadth of the South West region, whilst strategizing itself as a city outfit. The result is a focus on technology and investment with high-quality work coming through each of their practice areas which is very much sector focussed.

    They differentiate themselves from their competitors by their culture which is underpinned by flexibility, inclusivity and collaboration. Last year, they spent several millions of pounds on improving technological tools and platforms to afford their lawyers greater agility and connectivity when working across offices.

    A large number of their practices sit within the top tiers of the legal directories and the firm's management board continues to make strategic hires to strengthen their foothold in key sectors including Energy & Infrastructure, Private Equity, Retail & Consumer, Private Wealth and Islamic Finance.

    The role:

    Are you an Employment Associate with 2-5 years PQE looking to join a Top 100 firm in Bristol? If so, this firm would like to hear from you.

    You will take on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for employers mainly including dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and restructuring.

    They have a wide range of clients ranging from small start-ups to large national corporations and the team is currently very busy with a surge of new work thanks to the distinguished record of their current heavy-hitting lawyers.

    Therefore, this is a coveted spot for an employment lawyer who wants to work at the top of this area of law and learn from specialist practitioners who are considered leaders in the field.

    The ideal candidate:

  • Employment Associate 2-5 years PQE
  • Strong appetite for professional growth and motivation to consistently deliver your best
