    Lighthouse Games is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Animator to join our team of passionate and creative game developers.

    As a Senior Animator, you will play a key role in bringing game assets to life.

    You will work closely with the Art Director and members of the wider art team to create animations that are visually stunning, realistic and engaging.

    Your expertise in character animation and attention to detail will contribute to the overall quality and immersion of our games

    Key Duties Include

    Create high-quality character animations using industry-leading software and toolsnCollaborate with the Art Director and other team members to develop animation concepts that align with the artistic vision of the gamenImplement animations into the game engine and iterate based on feedback from the team and playtestingnProactively seek ways to improve animation quality and efficiencynMentor and provide guidance to junior animatorsnStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in animation techniques and technology

    Requirements

    Ideally a background in technical art or technical animationnStrong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality character animationsnExpert knowledge of animation software such as Maya, 3DS Max, or BlendernProficiency in rigging and skinning charactersnAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentnExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsnPassion for video games and a deep understanding of animation principles and techniques
